Cameron and Christina married on the 10th Nov 2007 and originally met (their paths joined by fate – Christina mentions), one night while both were out on the town.Their wedding day started with my meeting Christina and her bridesmaids while they were having their hair and makeup prepared by Beauty Salon “My Fair Lady”…

Christina and Camerons wedding utilised two wedding photographers so again we were again able to shoot the bride and groom seperately and at the same time.

Having finished up at Camerons home, Srdjan travelled ahead to the Church in anticipation of the brides arrival, while i captured the last few moments with Christina as she left home and travelled along side the brides limousine to the church.

After the ceremony had completed, and we had finished taking all the formal portraits for Cameron and Christinas family and friends in the adjacent park it was time to head into town for the bridal parties location shots.

Wedding location shots are my favourite part of the wedding day experience. Its the portion of the days events where we get to be as creative as we like and everyone is most relaxed and having a lot of fun. For Christina and Camerons wedding, location shots consisted of in and around Town Hall on Bank St in South Melbourne and key spots in and around this area which are great photography locations.

While i captured the grooms preperation as it unfolded including all the amusing antics, my assistant photographer was working his magic with the bride and bridesmaids. This was a shorter than normal wedding day, so the ability to shoot both sides of the bridal party with two photographers simultaneously really did help.

No doubt, we were sure to get some great shots with extra time for each party available.

I finished up at Steves house and quickly made my way over to the ceremony location (which for Grace and Steves wedding happened to be the same location as the reception).

The ceremony  proceedings were nothing short of being an exquisite and intimate affair with Grace walking down the isle in her fathers hand, excited as only a bride can be as she stared at Steve who was waiting at the Altar. These two were ready to tie the knot and it showed!.

After the ceremony, it was time for the Formal Family portraits and Location shots to be taken. These took place in and around the ceremony area. Grace and Steve had planned their reception to start early (i guess they were after a quick getaway , so we had to work fast and within close range to the reception location. This didnt stop us from getting some great shots. We even resorted to sneaking Grace and Steve out mid way through the reception procedings to enable us getting a few more key shots before the sunset.

Recently they returned to Melbourne for a family reunion / holiday and it happened to be the the exact time that the absolutely beautiful red floral flowers that adorn and scour the barrack stone walls would be blooming.

Donna and Wissam quickly made the necessary arrangements (Donnas beautiful wedding dress was safely stored at inlaws home in Melbourne so this didnt end up being the sticking point and and Wissam obtained his suit from Ferrari formal wear). We planned to  shoot the post wedding session as quickly as we could to fit in to the allocated time they were in Melbourne.   For this shoot we enlisted the help of our favourite makeup artist and spent the afternoon shooting around the old barracks.

We also decided to get some shots down at Government house as a quick filler for time.

The shots we must say are simply beautiful and Donna and Wissam returned to Dubai with images which we have recently learned adorn the walls of their home.
